Welcome!

Hi, I’m Tayla

Born and raised in Perth, Australia, I was never much for sports or physical activity growing up—it just gave me anxiety! However, after leaving school I realised the importance of taking care of my body. I wanted to feel strong—something I never felt I was.

What started out as a few dumbbells and an old aerobics DVD in my bedroom, turned into deadlifting over 100kgs and running half marathons over 12 years later!

When I moved to Australia’s north-west in 2016, I discovered fitness was more than just a hobby and self-care, it was something I wanted to learn more about and help others with too. I started out as a group fitness instructor in outback Australia, and now I am based in Hong Kong, running my own small business as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and specialising in pre and post-natal training. My goal is to help women become a more confident version of themselves through fitness. The human body is so much more than just aesthetics—it is capable of so much! I want to help women do things they never thought they could!
